UPDATE: Revised COVID Safety measures in place
In line with the easing COVID-19 restriction in the ACT we can now welcome up to 500 patrons at any one time in our facility.
To ensure we continue to maintain a COVID safe environment and maximise public use, this requires some important adjustments to our operations.
We thank our patrons for their understanding while we manage this together.
The pool will be operating the following session times to allow deep cleaning throughout the day enable us to maximise the opportunity for our community to visit the pool. A session time system will be in place for the foreseeable future.
Monday to Friday
Saturday and Sunday
- Session times have been adjusted to better cater for the range of use at our pool.
- The facility will be shut down in between sessions. All patrons must leave from the previous session. We are unable to welcome the following session until the session time starts.
We can welcome 500 patrons on site at one time. In line with the public health direction, we need to manage 1 person/2m2 in the pools at any one time.
Prominent signage will be in place and we ask for your understanding as we endeavour to manage this.
The following limits will need to be adhered to on our pools:
- 50m pool 450
- Learn to swim pool 117
- Toddlers pool 100
We will continue to make our online booking system available to those patrons who would like to guarantee their place in a session and pre-pay–reducing time spent at reception. This is available two days prior at www.dicksonaquatic.com.au. The online booking system is available for booking up to 20 people.
For larger events such as birthday parties we offer families the opportunity to pre-book. These events will require confirmation of guest list and prepayment four days prior. Parties can book one of our BBQ areas for the session to host the event. More information and the booking form is available at www.dicksonaquatic.com.au/partiesandevents.
Walk-in customers are welcome within set session times. You can pay by card, membership pass or cash. Note that when the limit of 500 patrons is reached we will operate on a one in one out policy.
Anyone who has pre-booked will have already provided their details for contact tracing.
For other customers, we are asking that you use the Check in CBR ap available for download. More information here: https://www.covid19.act.gov.au/business-and-work/check-in-cbr.
We are all in this together.
We will continue to maintain our strict cleaning regime and do our best to make our facility as accessible as possible.
We thank you for your patience and understanding.
